As the Founder of Equipped Training Ministries and a pastor, teacher, mentor, and leadership developer with more than 19 years of ministry experience, she is committed to raising spiritually mature, biblically grounded leaders. A graduate of Oral Roberts University and Fairleigh Dickinson University, she is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Regent University, integrating biblical leadership with organizational excellence to advance God's Kingdom.

DaShawwna Clark serves as the Executive Director of Administration, Discipleship & Wellness for Equipped Training Ministries. She holds a bachelor's degree in Public Health Administration and is a Wellness Coach with Herbalife. Working alongside the Founder, she oversees ministry administration, discipleship, mentorship, and wellness initiatives. With a passion for spiritual formation, nutrition, and caring for the whole person, she is committed to developing healthy, Christ-centered leaders and ensuring the ministry operates with excellence, integrity, and Kingdom purpose.

Director of Media & Digital Communications
Chasitie Goode, Licensed Practical Nurse, serves as the Director of Media and Digital Communications, bringing extensive experience in media development, branding, and digital communications. She oversees the ministry's media strategy and digital outreach, leveraging creative communication to proclaim the Word of God, influence culture across communities and nations, and leave a lasting generational legacy for the Kingdom of God.
Jackie Holmes
Director of Children's Ministry & Curriculum-Zion Leaders youth Ministry
Minister Jackie Holmes serves as the Director of Children's and Youth Development, bringing more than 20 years of experience ministering to children and youth. She oversees the ministry's youth discipleship initiatives, integrating biblical teaching, praise dance, and creative arts to help young people discover their God-given identity and purpose in Christ. Passionate about raising the next generation of Kingdom leaders, she is committed to equipping children and youth to grow spiritually, develop their gifts, and become confident influencers who will impact their families, communities, and future generations for the glory of God.
